$40.00Price

Czech Devotions, exclusive 5-decade rosaries handmade by Grant and Celeste in limited runs of seven, showcase the elegance and lavish color of Czech glass from the region of Jablonec nad Nissou, the heart of Czech glassmaking. They feature our signature stainless steel chain and couplings, Italian-made centers and crucifixes, and our lifetime warranty.

This rosary includes fire-polished barrel faceted Czech glass beads in green aurora borealis and light blue, with an Italian-made Saint Patrick center and an Italian-made flared Saint Benedict crucifix.

  • More About This Rosary

Green evokes vegetation, spring, and renewal. It is the color of life and immortality, and is used in the Bible often. The many Hebrew words for green separate out the life cycle of plants, with different words for the green of new growth, summer growth, and the green of mature plants and trees. It is, of course, the color of vestments for Ordinary Time.

Blue is the color most associated with heaven and the most used color in the Tabernacle of the Temple. The Virgin Mary often wears blue in her apparitions, and it is the color of God’s divine grace.

Saint Patrick is not only the patron saint of Ireland, but also of engineers, Nigeria, and Puerto Rico. His missionary work in Ireland is largely credited with Ireland’s conversion from paganism, and his Confessions tell of his journey from slave to Bishop. He is invoked against both snakes and sin.

The Saint Benedict crucifix has a long history and a complex symbolism. The Order of Saint Benedict does the best job clearly explaining the details.

  • Warranty

Our goal is to provide you a rosary, not just sell you a rosary. We use only stainless steel eyepins, linkages, and jump rings for both their strength and durability. If there is any defect in the workmanship of a rosary you purchase from us, please let us know, and we will make it right, free of charge, including shipping, within the first year of purchase. Also, for as long as we make rosaries (a lifetime, we hope!), if a rosary we made for you ever has a broken linkage, eyepin, or jump ring, we will be happy to repair it, with cost limited to shipping. Whatever we can do to keep you praying!
